Here is a puzzle for the community. I have attached part of a project. For some reason the audio on the first two slides will not play when the published output is launched with Google Chrome. It plays perfectly using explorer or edge.
Here is the odd part, once you get past the welcome slide and the navigation or start the module slide, the audio works fine.
when the client plays it of my amazon storage site, all the slides work fine.
Storyline 2 System Requirements list Chrome as the only supported Windows browser for HTML5 content. I see you attached the published zip file here, but we'd also like to see the original .story file so we can take a closer look at the audio files. You can send it directly to our Support Engineers here - they're ready to assist!
The issue with needing to add the folders to the safe list is a behavior of Flash installed on an individual users system, so there isn't a programmatic way to fix it within Storyline 2. We'd always recommend uploading the project to the testing environment and playing it there for the best results. If you're not ready to put it on your web server or LMS, take a look at one of the options here, or look at using SCORM Cloud.

I uploaded your file to my webserver and tested both the flash and HTML5 versions
The only browser it worked in for both was Chrome.
it works fine in IE11. Edge and Chrome - flash version
IE 11 and Edge did not play the first two slides audio in HTML5 version.

Hey, any chance that you are going to fix the flash issue so I don't have to go in and add each customer project folder to the safe list?
