offline activity for later reporting

Hi,

Some of my learner do not have an internet access, but still need to be reported with their performance about the Storyline module they just did.
Do you know if Storyline (with TinCan i guess) can do something like the below:
The learner is doing the tutorial on Offline computer > the tutorial "report" to any kind of document or something that remember the learner performance > then once in few days the learning manager will take all the reports and upload it to the LMS (which is Online of course).

There is also an option to do it on Laptop and then to take the Laptop itself to an Online area and there to upload to LMS.

Any thoughts?
