Mid way through the course an Online Course Timeout Box Pops up, it says please be aware that your online course session is about to expire if you do not click continue within 2 minutes, is this a storyline issue or LMS issue, as the course was not idle at all.
Storyline won't show an expiration or time elapsed due to the non-linear nature of slides and interactivity, so that message is likely coming from the LMS.
Which LMS are you using? I'm hopeful that someone else is using the same one and can share more insight there!
Plus: If you could attach the course to your reply, we're happy to test it in SCORM Cloud to see how it works in another LMS environment!
