Hope someone can help. We have several online Storyline courses. The one module will not open in the player app. All modules are very similar and have been published for web with the player and HTML5 check boxes selected. I cannot figure out why this one module will not open. From the link in Safari - we get the PLAY button, click that and then a white blank screen appears in Safari. With all other modules, the module opens in the player app immediately.
I have tried clearing the Safari cache - but no luck.
