Only quiz questions on review
Oct 20, 2014
Hello,
I created an course using the previous version of articulate.
The course has two sets of questions separated by a set of slides.
so the course is set up as follows:
- Slide set 1
- Question set 1
- Slide set 2
- Question set 2
- Result slide
When reviewing thnaks to a variable I was able to set the course so that only the quiz questions were reviewed (I used this tutorial: https://player.vimeo.com/video/149188085) so when reviewing results the user can see:
- Question set 1
- Question set 2
- Result slide
I now created a new course on the new verison of storyline with the same structure but the process I used to skip the second set of slides on review is not working anymore.
I also opened the old course for which I know skipping the second set of slides was working and republished on Storyline 2 and it does not work anymore. so it does on review:
- Question set 1
- Slide set 2
- Question set 2
- Review slide
Do you have any suggestions on how I can make it work again? so to be 100% clear how can I do to make the slide set 2 not to appear when reviewing the results?
Many thanks
Nico

Thanks, Adena. Interesting that when using the Review Quiz button/function, it adds a NEXT button to each quiz slide, but that button is not one that you can attach a trigger to -- you only have the default action of jump to next slide. Your is a good one!
This happened to me with Retry as well, so I created a similar variable and triggers for the Retry function.
It helped me Adena. Thank you.
I modified this slightly since I am using Question Banks to randomize my quiz questions.
I removed one question from each Question Bank, and placed it after the Question Bank, then added the two triggers that Adena describes above to skip the non-quiz slides between the Question Banks.
It's not ideal, but I can live with having one question out of the Question Bank that is not random and it's better than having the flicker I see when I put the trigger on the slides I want to skip.
