Only Showing Incorrect & Correct Answers

Short Description:
I imported a multiple answer quiz from quizmaker, and on the Incorrect results slides I want to show only the correct and incorrect answers the user selected.
Long Description:
Currently I have triggers set to change a variable to true if the user clicks any answer. On the incorrect answer slide I have the incorrect answers each individually in their own layer, set to show only if the user selected that specific answer. It is not working at all, only 1 of those layers shows I'm sure there is a much easier way to do this.

Alright, well I have narrowed down the problem, only 1 of the incorrect answers is showing, and it is the last "show layer" trigger that was clicked. For example, if the 1st - 5th incorrect answers are selected, it will show only the 5th incorrect answer layer. Any help please?
