Opening a story.html via the Articulate Mobile Player doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I've got the following issue: I published a Storyline Output (with the option to open it on the iPad via the Articulate Mobile Player App) on our Server. When I open the server link to the story.html file, first it seems to open the course correctly, but then I'm forwarded to a page to download the AMP, although it is already installed on my iPad.

Does anybody know why the story.html is not opened in the AMP? Why does my iPad behave as the AMP would be not installed?

I had a look in the  Storyline 2 Product Support and found this explanation, how the story.html should behave normally :

Hi Stefanie!

Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9, so your Articulate Storyline 2 courses may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player as you'd expect. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.
