Optimal story size for mobile

Hi community!
I have built a course in Storyline 3. When previewing the course in 'phone landscape' it throws the formatting out to the point where the course doesn't function properly because some of the buttons behind shapes and images etc. When previewing in all of the other devices and orientations it seems to be fine.
The story size is currently 960 by 540. Is this the issue and if so what is the optimal story size for mobile?
Happy to share my .SL file if it helps...
Tom

Hi Tom!
I'm interested to hear what other community members use for their Story Size when viewing the course in Landscape Mode on a mobile device. I prefer to stick with the default story size 720x540 but that is going to depend on the amount of content on each slide.
I've tested out a few Story Sizes that might help you out:
Here's what your course probably looks like using 960x540.
Here's 960x720:

Hi Lauren,
I actually posted this message to the support team too and it turns out there is a bug in the last couple of updates that causes this issue.
The team are working on fixing it!

Thanks for letting us know that you are working with the support team, Tom.
I linked this conversation to the report we are working on as well.
Hi Tom,
Happy to share an update with you!
We just released the newest version of Storyline 360, (Build 3.39.21985.0) this morning. This update fixes the issue where the slide is obstructed by Player features if the Slide dimension is set for Widescreen (16:9) on a mobile device. You can find more details on this update here:
The next step is to update Storyline 360 by heading to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking "Update" next to Storyline 360.
As always, we are happy to answer any questions you have!
Hi Vincent,
Thanks for the update and well done to the team for fixing this one, keep up the good work!
