A course I've been working on for a couple of weeks suddenly will not play past slide 2. Slides just will not play in preview mode, published to web mode, Review 360, and also on the slide timeline itself. There are a few slides that will play in preview mode but it seems random as they were all made the same way--imported image and audio, nothing unusual. I updated yesterday. The two may not be related but I'm suspicious.
My colleague had the same issue after upgrading Storyline to the latest version. He was able to solve the issue by simply re-installing the version from February 15. I have read that several other users have had the same issue and applied the same "fix".

Thank you, Dominik. So that means uninstalling Articulate and reinstalling? Also, where can I find that download? I haven't been able to locate it.

The process should be really simple and you do not need to uninstall Storyline. It is all done automatically.
