Page not found on IPhone

Jun 16, 2019

I am attempting to learn storyline.  I am a regular with Articulate products but have been slow to master storyline.  In one of my first attempts, I published a short story.

It plays on all devices except on the iPhone.   When I url it on the phone utilizing safari or chrome all I get is page not found.

On the Ipad it is OK.   Just seems to be an iPhone issue.   I have not tested it on android phones though.

Anyway all advise is welcomed.

This morning I updated my 360 account and noticed that storyline 360 was the update.  Hoping it might solve this issue I went and republished the example.  Again I loaded it and it works on every device except cell phones.  Any staff advice would be appreciated here.

Hi Robert,

I'm seeing the same thing on my iPhone, and nothing sticks out in the course that would make this happen. Can you share a copy of the .story file so that I can look at testing in another LMS or web environment? If you can't share here, you can always share with our Support Team privately or look at testing in SCORM Cloud (which is where I'd test). It's a free, standard for LMS testing.

I have some Scorm Cloud experience so I zipped the material and uploaded it to Scorm.   It was rejected.   The red warning stated that the folder contained no course information. See the attached image.  Keep in mind the original link still works on PC, Laptop, Ipad but not cell phones either iPhone or Android.   Still scratching my head on this one.

Thanks for getting back, Robert. I'm with you on scratching my head, and would love to help!

It looks like something may have gone awry during the Publish for LMS steps. With your permission, I'd like to troubleshoot your source .story file. You can share it publicly here, or share it privately with me here

I'll let you know what I find on SCORM cloud and mobile, and will delete it when we nail down the culprits!
