I have given page transition effect in storyline2 and apply the transition to all slides.
When I publish, I can not see the effect in firefox 45.0.1 while it can be seen on internet explorer 11 and crome 49.0. Is there any compatibility issue with it?

Are you viewing the Flash version in Firefox? As you can see in our documentation here, we do not support the HTML5 content in Firefox.
