Passing results from one results slide to another?

Hi all. I'm currently tasked with creating a quiz that, if you don't get a high enough result, you get a new set of questions to answer.

So effectively I need:
Quiz 1
Results 1
Quiz 2 if you don't meet pass mark
Results 2

At the end I'll need to pass the learner's results to our LMS.

My question is: How do I successfully pass through results from people who succeed in the first quiz, AND results from people who fail the first but pass the second?

Do I have to pass the results from the first quiz through to a second results slide? Is that even possible?
