I have created over 150 short eLearning projects using articulate storyline. On approximately 20 of them, I have exported the project to SCORM. I have then viewed the project and the documents are showing fine.
The problem is once I ZIP the project and try to view the documents, I then get an error advising the Your file couldn't be accessed. It may have been moved, edited or deleted. ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
It sounds like whenever you zip a folder that wasn't previously zipped, you see this error message. Is that correct?
If so, is it possible to create one zip folder and one not zipped folder so that you can leave the zip folder? I've noticed an error message appears even when re-zipping a folder that doesn't include Storyline projects.
Are you unzipping the whole folder before viewing? Windows will allow you to open one file without unzipping it, but if it tries to access another file in the archive, you will get this error message.
