Published .zip for for LMS, works for a while then stops

Greetings!

I am seeking help/advice. For reference, the LMS is Workday Learning. I have published several files that have link to .pdf documents. When testing the .zip files the pdfs are accessible in Review 360, and in the LMS test environments, even in production. I have several courses, that after being tested and working fine, stop working when it comes to opening the pdf documents. An error message appears. Please help.

It sounds like everything is working fine in Review 360, your LMS testing environment, and once you publish to production. Then, after a while stops working?
