I'm trying to set up a personalized Avatar and I followed the steps in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_ou1L88wtQ However, my avatar doesn't show up in the content slides. Can you please help me? What are common issues for this situation? I don't want to post the content in a public discussion. Please help. Thank you!
Without seeing what you did, it's not possible to help diagnose it. Perhaps you can create a generic slide with no proprietary content so we can see what steps you used.
Hello again! I followed your steps and it was working. It's not working anymore and I'm not sure what I did to trigger the change. I attached a few slides of the course for a sample so you could see the inconsistencies between characters from slide to slide. I think I have them set up the same. Can you please take a look?

You need to change the state of avatar to X when timeline of the slide starts. You have it set to when user clicks the avatar
