I have created a Pick Many quiz screen with 6 objects on it. Three are correct and they are marked correctly in the Edit function. When a user chooses the correct answers on the first try and chooses Submit, the "Correct" layer appears as it should. However, when a user picks a wrong object before selecting Submit, then changes their mind and selects all the right answers then chooses Submit, the "Incorrect" layer appears, even though the answers are correct. Not sure what I'm doign wrong. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Do you have any additional triggers tied to the objects in the slide? Just curious if maybe the "Selection" state for one of the incorrect objects is still active when users try to change their response.
If you'd like, you're welcome to share the .story file here. I'd be happy to take a look at what's happening on my end.
Unfortunately, we'd need to see the .story file itself. The HTML file is a part of the published output and this doesn't allow us to test the file or see how it's set up.
If you have trouble finding that file, please just let me know.
There's a few ways to fix this, but I took the easiest (in my opinion) approach.
I added triggers on the "Incorrect" layer, tied to the "Continue" button that reset the state of each answer selection to "Normal" when the user clicks.
This should work pretty well, but let me know if you have any trouble with this.
