Hello, I am new to Storyline 360, I am having a issue with the picture states. It worked earlier, but now when I preview, it does not show the different picture states. I see them in storyline, but don't see them in the preview.
Is there a help desk, someone can view my screen and help ?
Here in the Forum is a good place to ask for help. However, it's hard for anyone to troubleshoot this sort of problem without seeing the Storyline file.
So I suggest that you upload a copy of your file (ideally with only the slide that has the problem) so someone can look at it.
