Hi there, could anyone tell me why the play and pause buttons I created, only work on a desktop and laptop but not on a tablet? (fyi I have uploaded the storyline content to a moodle platform and am having the issue there).

Tell me a little more about this project:
What version of Storyline are you using? (You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.)
What type of tablet are you using? (You can view the supported tablet and browsers in the system requirements linked here: Storyline 2, Storyline 3, Storyline 360.)
If you're able to share the troublesome .story file with us for testing, that would be golden! You can send it privately to us by using this link. We'll delete it as soon as we're done troubleshooting.
The version of storyline 360 that I am using is v3.26.18601.0
Devices used:
mobile phone - iPhone 8
tablets used - iPad and Microsoft Surface
I used Google Chrome on the iPhone and Microsoft surface. For the iPad I used Google Chrome and Safari.
iPhone Google Chrome: Version: 73.0.3683.68 iPad Google Chrome: 73.0.3683.68 iPad Safari: iOS 12.2 Can't find exact google chrome version of the Microsoft surface but it would’ve been updated within the last couple weeks.
