I seem to be unable to get the playback function in storyline 360 or the preview slide to operate today. It worked fine yesterday. Of course I have rebooted several times and attempted with the microphone plugged in and out.
I do seem able to hear sound if I highlight the audio file and select play from the main menu. The problem with this is that the audio cue does not move and therefore I am unable to align audio and interactions.
Sorry to hear you're running into this, and good call to get a case started! I see you're working with my teammate, Chester. Let him know if the steps he sent helped, or keep at with him to get to the root of the issue.
