I'm using Articulate Storyline 360 and the modern player.
Even though I turned off all of the player functions (no Menue, no next/back elements etc. - every box is unchecked), there's always "white frame" around the project.
So when I export an elearning course, it's always displayed with some white space left and right from the course. The sizing of the course is the "normal", correct one (1920x1080).
Is there a possibility to get the course in full screen mode, to avoid the white frame left and right?
Hi Denis, As the course maintains it's aspect ratio when scaling, it will nearly always need to have a space either at the left/right sides of the content or top/bottom sides.
The only way the user would not see space around the edges, is if the browser is always at 16:9 ratio (1920x1080 or some variation of that).
You can customise what you would like the colour around the edges to be using under the Player > Colour and effects option.
