For the new Storyline 360, if I want to play the content on an iPad or iPhone, do I need to install any special software on the iPad or iPhone ... or does it all just work?
With the previous version of Storyline, I know I had to download a special player for the iPad to make it work.
You always had the option to view HTML5-published content directly in your device's browser (without using the Articulate Mobile Player app). This has not changed in Storyline 360.
The all-new responsive player will automatically display when you view Storyline 360 HTML5 courses on tablets and smartphones. It adapts to the screen size and orientation of any mobile device for the best viewing experience—no extra work required. Just publish your course and let the player do all the work for you.
When you view the same Storyline 360 courses on desktop and laptop computers, the standard player will be used.
