A file that has been posted for quite some time on my Moodle website, is suddenly freezing in the middle of the module. It happens when NEXT is clicked on a specific slide. I tried a few different strategies to fix the issue, but even after moving the slide, the slide in it's place froze instead. It happens while posted in Moodle and while previewing the file in Storyline. How can I fix this?

have there been any updates to Moodle or settings changes / brower updates installed / not installed that could have affected the module.
Well, it's also happening while in preview mode in Storyline so I do not think it has to do with moodle.

Perhaps you could share the .story file - that way people can check it out for you. If you can't you might want to submit a case with Articulate
