The easiest way to reuse a glossary is to create a Storyline Template using a file that already has the glossary. Then, begin the second project using the template that contains the glossary.
If you've already started on the second project, try this:

To install, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline. Details here.
