Hello: I have published my content and am using the iPad app to view. However, I noticed that the custom player that shows when I am using the PC or safari, does not show on the iPad. Is there some setting that will allow the custom player to show when using the APP?

Custom players are not currently supported within the mobile player app as documented here in this comparison chart.
