I'm stuck on what I believe is a player issue. When I publish to my LMS and launch, the storyline module moves to the background hidden by other open windows and gives the learner the impression that it disappeared.
Any suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.
It's typically up to a particular browser how links are handled in terms of opening in a new tab vs. window - but the window opening to initially launch the file and hiding the course sound like something on the LMS side of things.
Have you looked at testing it in another site such as SCORM Cloud? It's an industry standard for LMS Testing, so a good place to take a look at how it behaves there.
