I need to include a 20-question survey in a Storyline 360 course. Each question has four responses (strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree) that correlate with a score (3, 2, 1, 0). At the end of the survey, I need to provide different feedback to learners who score in four different ranges (45-60; 34-44; 21-33, 0-20).
In the ideal world you would just set up a Likert Scale survey question in Storyline and access the score variables to determine which feedback to show. Unfortunately, as you may have already found out, you can't access any variables that represent the total score from your survey and so another solution is needed.
I did a bit of digging around and think that the link below, albeit an old one, will be able to help you get the answer you are after:

If you still have problems, just get back to me here and I will see what I can come up with.
Hi Ellen,
Further to my previous post, have a look at Eric Nalian's example (organized.story) in his second post attached to the link I included previously.
Thank you so, so much, Ned!
