I have removed the automatic 'jump to next slide when time line ends' trigger that comes from PowerPoint import but my projects still move on through the slides as if it is still there. Any suggestions apart from increasing the time line to 100mins? has anyone come across this before?

Make sure you check that the Slide Properties are not set to advance automatically, but are set to advance by user.
As David mentioned, we'd certainly take a look at your .story file to help you out if needed as well.
Thanks so much for this. It must come in from PowerPoint with the auto setting. Altering the slide properties worked a treat
