I am suddenly not able to import powerpoint slides into my storyline. I have the most recent PowerPoint (2010) and the most recent update of Storyline. I've troubleshot everythiog that appears on articulate's error page but I get nothing.
It sounds like you've gone through the steps outlined here? Did you conduct the repair of Microsoft office detailed at the bottom of the article? You may also want to repair Storyline. Are you able to import any Powerpoints or are you looking to import a specific one? Have you tried importing that into a new .story file?
