Hi, when I publish my project, the content that contains a series of video clips flashes as the user clicks through to the next step. Once the training has been viewed once, when revisiting the same slide the videos join seamlessly. This indicates to me that the videos may need to be pre-loaded to avoid this issue on initial navigation through the training. Please could you advise if pre loading is possible or whether we are embedding the correct video format (avi).

AVI is a supported video format, although it is converted to MP4 in Storyline as you can read about here.
Here is an explanation of how Storyline 360 preloads content to prevent interruption.
