I've been trying to find the answer to this question, but it seems like I cannot track one down. My organization wants to create learning modules that will include a Pre-test, the training content, and then a post-test to gauge the participants understanding of the content.
What I've seen so far on the Discussion forum is that people mainly using the pre-test as an option to opt-out of the learning module. Is there a way we can do both pre-test and post-test and have the participants see their results as well as tracking it in an LMS (basically, can the results from both pre-test and post-test be sent to an LMS)?

Tracking multiple quiz scores in the same course isn't supported. However, you may be able to track more than one SCO (shareable content object) in a single course using one of the unsupported methods in this article.
Hopefully others in the community will be able to chime in with their experience and best practices as well.
