Preview and Publish error

Hi heroes! I've designed this project a couple of months ago as a part of a lot of slides in one large project. My client asked me if I could divide this in 3 different projects. So I did it. Today I get the part 1 without troubles. But with this two slides in Part 2 I have a real headache. These don't want to reproduce in preview Storyline, or HTML5 or LMS. These stay in black screen and nothing happens. So why? If these worked good two months ago, why not today? Please help me if you have some answer.
PD: From yesterday I have the last Storyline 360 update.

So sorry for the headaches!
We released another update on Friday, and I was able to preview both slides without a problem using the latest update.
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.17.16168.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Let me know if updating to the latest version solves the issue!

1. Is v 17.16168.0 the latest update?
2. Is this update totally safe? Because here we are a bit dissapointed and afraid about that Articulate Storyline v17. Is it works well?

I can definitely understand where you're coming from. We recognize that our recent releases have come with a few surprises, and we never want customers to feel apprehensive about updating their software. We've heard from other folks going through the same struggle, and I want you to know we're working really hard to ensure that unexpected bugs don't sneak into new releases in the future.
That being said, you should feel safe updating to 3.17.16168.0, which is the latest update. And if you ever run into an update bug in the future that prevents you from working, we're happy to help you roll back to the previous update until we get that bug resolved.

Hello afain Alyssa. The update was working well until I was testing some simple activities based on pick one freeform question. I you see my picture, on the left I have the Storyline project and on the right the published version. And the last one don´t show yellow options below that I need to resolve my question, so...here you have a really bad bug in this version :/
I share project too and the freeform is in slide 9/10 or 1.10
Now I will get back to version 3.16 again :S
I add to my last post. This is a capture o publish to the same project with v 3.16.15842.0. My yellow options are visible.
I hope Articulate show us a solve with this.

Thanks so much for sharing your file with me, Gabriel. It helped me to identify the bug that's lurking in your file.
There seems to be a problem on drag and drop slides where drag items are covered by background shapes when the answers are set to Shuffle.
In your file on slide 1.10, Rectangle 2 is incorrectly covering the drag items, even though it is behind the drag items in the timeline.
To fix this, you can do one of these two options:

Hi Alyssa, I didn't any time to reply this post. That fix is not comfortable to my work because ancient Storyline versions work with the same kind of freeform questions without any problem. So now I work with 3.16.15842.0v cause I don't trust the current version, unless this problem have been overcome. If the problem persists, I can not update my software because I need to develop courses without being aware that something is not working as it should.

Fixed: In drag-and-drop interactions, drag items might return to their original positions during quiz review or be hidden by other objects.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

Hi Leslie, sorry, I didn't have any time to reply cause my job. Is important to my work that 360 app keep working without bugs like ancient versions. I still have v 3.16.15842.0 cause I am afraid the update don't work like we expect. If Storyline team assures us that it works well, then we could turn to the new version. The fixed you mean is different about problems we repport to Alyssa months ago, so I need to be sure about updates.

The problem you were seeing on drag and drop slides where drag items are covered by background shapes when the answers are set to "Shuffle" is also fixed in Storyline 360!
I can understand your hesitation since we've had a few surprises in recent releases, but we're working really hard to be sure that doesn't happen again. In fact, we've just released update 19, and I'd encourage you to install the latest update to take advantage of all of the bug fixes we included in that update.
And in case you ever need to roll back to a previous update due to a new bug, we can help with that. Simply reach out to our Engineers here, and we'll get you taken care of.
Hi Alyssa, I have a few hours with last update and I have a big problem. In some of my projects, I work with avatar animations on video publishe from Storyline, With v16 I had any problem. But with this version, video shows an ugly black border when insert video in slide. So, then what That I do? Return to v16? The issue is already annoying.

Thanks Alyssa, I would share this case with support team. As you told, I am frsutrated with updates after v16. I think an update should make better a software, but in this case updates displays all bugs older versions didn´t show and creates new ones. It´s an unbelievable situation.
