Hi, Claudio - and anyone else who will hopefully reply with a solution! I am experiencing the same problem. I still have Flash installed and preview was working the last time I launched Storyline 2 back in December. Specifically, slide, scene, and project previews all result in showing the image attached. Even timeline preview does not work. This is really inconvenient since I have 9 work projects that need to be updated and uploaded into our LMS.
We've recommended upgrading your Storyline 2, Storyline 1, Studio '13, and Studio '09 projects to Storyline 3 or Storyline 360, included in Articulate 360, which were built without Flash dependencies.

Microsoft stopped supporting Flash on December 31, 2021. Storyline 2, Storyline 1, Studio '13, and Studio '09 were built with Flash dependencies, so they are no longer supported with this change.
