I try to preview my project and once it gets to a certain slide it just wont show up and keeps trying to load. I did try this by Review option as well and one of the slide is not loading at all. Seems like it is corrupt. Happy to upload the project if necessary. Can you please help. I need to sort this urgently.
Thanks for getting back to me. There is so much work to do to rebuild the slide. Project was crashed two days ago while I was working on this slide and I believe this happened after that. I would be grateful if you can sort this as I have to present the project in few days time. Thanks
Sure, you can upload it here and I'll take a look - or if you have sensitive info, then the help team have a private upload area where their techs will look at it.
Yes, I don't want this project to be seen by others and I would like to upload privately. Hope this is possible. Please help on how to upload it privately. Thanks
Click on the 'Need to contact Articulate Support?' link at the bottom of the text box that you type into and then submit a case. Hopefully someone will be able to look at it quickly for you for you. I'm not staff, just a user who likes to assist others when I can.

Hi, try rebuilding the slide - in case there is a glitch in the current slide.
If that doesn't work then upload it and I'll take a look at it and see if I can assist.
