previous/next and submit buttons
Apr 10, 2018
the previous/next and submit button are not visible in my slides on storyline 360. I am updating older presentations, but even when I insert a new question, the submit button does not appear on the player for a pc. (the submit button appears on my iPhone, but not when I use my PC)
For slides which are not questions, the next and previous buttons are not visible, neither is the seekbar.
I have not set my player to be transparent....why is it being transparent?

May be go to the player properties and see what color scheme you are using. Check if you are using the built in scheme or customized. Change the Scheme to check if it shows the buttons and other controls back to normal
My color schemes have never been changed from default settings as I am an engineer by profession and have absolutely no visual graphics gene.
But, on your advice, I changed the color scheme from “default” to a colored scheme and the “submit” button showed up. Switched it back to default, and “submit” was still there as it has always been. Thank you for the “fix”.

Glad to hear taht it worked Rhonda. I am still using storyline 2. May be 360 trying to match the color scheme used in the actual powerpoint. Which may be all white. Not sure why it happened. But this fixed the issue that's the main thing.
Definitely odd, Rhonda and not something I've seen - but if you run into it again on another Storyline file, I'm happy to take a look at it before you implement the fix. Share a copy of your .story file here and we can take a look!
