This is the first time I've posted in this forum! I wanted to know if there is a way for a user to print results after completing a course and exiting. I have a results page in a course and people forget to print their results. When they try to go back into the course, the results page no longer shows their results(what they missed and the correct answer). Would like to avoid having to do the quiz over again. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you already have a Print Results button on your results slide, correct? And what settings have you selected for Resume Behavior? If you've selected Prompt to Resume or Always Resume, the user's score should be saved on the results slide when they re-open the course.
I'd be happy to take a closer look at your file, if you'd like. You can attach it here in the thread by using the ADD ATTACHMENT button at the bottom of the reply window. Thanks for reaching out!

Anyhow, yes, there is a results page and yes, the resume behavior is set to "Prompt to Resume." I'm really pretty stumped with this one and quite a few people have commented how they have not been able to go back and print the results the quiz.
Hey Jerome! Thanks for sharing your file with me. Since the last page of the course is an Exit screen, I recommend that you add the Print Results buttons there, as well as on the Results Slides. Just copy/paste the buttons from the Results Slides onto slide 1.2, and the triggers will automatically copy over. And if you don't want both buttons to show on the screen, you can create a variable that will enable the correct button for the quiz that the learner took. Give that a try, and let me know if it will work for you!
That was a great suggestion. I went through it, printed out results, and exited the course. When I went back in and printed the results again, I was able to get the results, but none of details of what was right and what was wrong came out.
I don't see a workaround for this, outside of forcing your users to start the course over if they exit. Another option is to hide the 'Exit' button until the 'Print Result' button is clicked. That way, the learner cannot exit the course until they've printed their results.
I'll be sure to add your experience to the bug report and update this discussion as soon as I have more information to share!

I did a little digging, and we've got this issue on our radar for Storyline 2. It looks like the report.html results page isn't showing question-level detail when the course is resumed.
