Problem Launching Articulate Mobile Player

Hi

I just uploaded the output files for a project to my district's password-protected portal. On my desktop, the story.html link opens in my browser no problem. When I click the link using my iPad, I get the Launch screen for Articulate Mobile Player; however, I then get a message saying that it could not access all of the necessary files, and the project does not appear in the app. Is it because the Mobile Player is trying to access additional files in the Mobile folder of the output and cannot get to them because the site is password-protected? 

I'd really like for educators to have the option to download projects into the app for offline viewing. However, if the Mobile Player cannot work with a password-protected site, then I guess I'll have to go with Safari + HTML5.
