I have an interaction that has a previous button on it (2nd slide). If someone moves a ball to the box and then presses the previous slide button, when they return to that slide the location of the balls resets, but the variable doesn't reset. I used the reset to initial state button. How do I reset the variable?
At the beginning of the interaction slide, add a slide level trigger that adjusts the variable when the timeline starts. So if it's the counter variable you have in the file, then a trigger along these lines should do it.
Help! There are still problems with this interaction working correctly. When I move any balls onto the rectangle on the second page and then move to another page, when I return the counter is zeroed out but it no longer counts any balls that I drag onto the rectangular.
The correct and incorrect buttons off screen determine if answer is right. It looks like that was removed from the last version. Here's a new version. It works fine until you move off the second slide and then try it again - it stops counting.

If you add a series of triggers to reset your TF variables to false at the beginning of that slide, I think it works...
