Problem showing multiple layers

I have a box that when clicked should show two layers. When I click the box only one of the layers appears. When I change the order of the layers in the trigger menu, the opposite layer now shows. How can I make both layers appear when I click the box?
I would upload the file but my work computer won't let me.

check your layer properties to see if you have the checkbox 'hide other slide layers' ticked
Thank you! I found that checkbox about 30 seconds before you replied. Isn't that how it always goes haha
