Problem with 30 day free trial

I am currently going through the tutorials in the 30 day free trial, but have a problem with how items and text are shown on the screen. This is happening on my work laptop, but it is working fine on my home laptop. Any idea what settings need to be changed to fix this please? See screenshot.

Hey Helen. It looks like maybe your DPI is set to something other than 96. Check out this article and see if the recommended steps help you to fix things: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=wrq3kowg4jww

Hi Jeanette

Thanks for your reply. I have just checked the settings and the DPI is already set at 96.

I was also encountering problems when I was adding text boxes - I could copy and paste into them, but not type straight into them.

Thanks Helen - would you mind submitting a support case so a support engineer can take a look? It would be great if you could attach a copy of your screenshot to the case form, or just include the URL to this forum discussion in the case description. Thank you!
