Problem with logo from player in SCORM file

Note: I have tried uploading an image file both from my computer drive and also from a shared server. Any recommendations?

Hi Amaia,

What are the overall dimensions of your logo file? Also, it looks like your second screenshot may be from inside your LMS, how does it appear when you preview the Storyline course as a whole? 

For the best results, we recommend using an image that has a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 220 pixels. If you're able to share your logo file here, I'm happy to check it and do some additional testing.

Thanks for your message.

My logo used to be much bigger (700px) and I resized it to 220px width (147px height) but the issue is still the same. When I view my SCORM on the LMS, the logo is not visible, exactly as shown in my logo_preview screenshot on the message above. When I preview my course on Storyline the logo is fine.

There is something weird happening in the SCORM export that didn't use to happen before and I cannot figure out what it is.

Any other ideas on how to make it not do that?

Thanks for sharing that file. I added it on the slide and as a logo in the player and published to SCORM Cloud. The logo appeared normally for me, so I've also attached my zipped output in case you'd like to try uploading to your LMS.

Your file works fine when I upload it.

Do you upload the logo into the player from a shared drive or from your own computer drive?

Thanks! It seems to work now however with the size you advise, the logo looks very blurry on the LMS. Is a bigger size a no-go? See attached.

Hi there, Amaia.  Are you using Storyline 2?  We have an open report of some logo images appearing blurry in the output for Storyline 2.  Ashley's SCORM Cloud example above with your logo file used Storyline 360.  I'm wondering if that's where the difference is.

My Storyline is indeed Storyline 2.
I made the logos a bit bigger and they look a bit better than the blurred 220px ones, so for now I'll live with it. If you have any updates on that report, please let me know!
