Problem with the Exit trigger

Hi,

I have published my tutorial on LMS (Success Factor). All the triggers works expect for exit the course trigger. I tried all the suggested work rounds but nothing works. I am using storyline 1.8. Exit trigger is working fine when I preview the tutorial but once published to LMS and uploaded on to LMS it doesn’t work. I even changed configuration.js (http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/exit-course-trigger-does-not-work) file but no luck.

Hi, Lakshmi -

It sounds to me like you are already publishing and testing for your intended environment, so since you already found the exit course trigger article, it may just be the LMS. You could test your output in the SCORM Cloud as the industry standard, and please also check out this information on supported browsers.

Hi Laksmi,

We are facing the exact same problem and the LMS is also SuccessFactor. Did you manage to resolve the issue? if yes, please advise. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
