My colleague and I are trying to add a YouTube video as an embeded Web Object in a StoryLine project. My Colleague uses 360 and I use 2, but the problem we have is the same.
When we try to view the result in Chrome we get a blank page (and no sound) but can see the timeline running. If we use IE we get a pop up window warning us that "Only secure content is displayed" we then click on "Show all content" and are kicked out. When we try again the video is shown as we expect i to be.

Make sure the URL starts with "https"
