problems importing PPTX files Aug 09, 2019 By Helen Gibbons Hello, I just want to import some pptx files to storyline but infortunately I can't. I've done everything it's described in the website. Any suggestions?? Thanks

A few clarifying questions: What version of PowerPoint are you using? Supported versions include PowerPoint 2010-2019 (32-bit and 64-bit) and Office 365 (desktop apps only). Are your Storyline and PowerPoint files saved to a local hard drive? Could you share more detail of what happens when you try to import the files – is there an error message, blank content?
