Problems saving

I get the following feedback message when I save.  " The project file could not be saved. Your system appears to be low on memory. Please close any other programs and try again. "

My IT department said memory should be sufficient on my hard drive. Could my file be corrupted?

Hi Terry!

So sorry you've run into this roadblock! In regards to the low memory error, did you already confirm that you are working locally, using the latest update of Storyline 2 or Storyline 360, and closing down other applications or programs that could be drawing on the system memory? If so and you're still having difficulty, I'd invite you to work directly with our Support engineers so that they could gather a bit more information about your system set up.
