I just uploaded a 14 slides training on the a test environment (LMS SUMTOTAL) and everything works fine except the video. It does not appear on the slide, just a white slide. (I imported a mp4 file(170,603 kb) to the training.)
I uploaded the training to the Articulate Tempshare, everything works fine including the video. I open the Storyline output – Story.html, Its fine too. Any suggestions….

Try uploading and testing in Scormcloud.
If it works there you should followup with your LMS Administrator.

It worked but the video took some time to start... compared with the other content slides....

Just an update: My LMS did not had installed the MP4 MIME type on the server for the testing environment and production. Now it does and it works....
