I have built a course and this includes screen captured video with narration over the top. I have captured the video on a different device and emailed this to my PC. I have then inserted these videos onto slides. I have then added an audio narration alongside of the video. When I preview the item it appears that both the video and audio play. When I publish the item to put onto my LMS I can see the video but I cannot hear the narration track. Am I missing something obvious? Any help gratefully received.
Sounds like the audio track is encoded with an unrecognized audio codec on the viewing system. I'd suggest searching the SL forum for favorite audio tools and re-encoding the audio to one of the supported formats/codecs.
Thank you for responding. I do not think this is it as the audio that I have added to sit alongside text slides and static images works fine. Any other ideas?

Hi Simon! Are you able to reproduce this in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS? If you can replicate, we may need to take a look.
