Problems with importing pptx slides

Hi guys, I am brand new to Articulate and currently operating on a trial account. I would love to test Storyline but I am unable to upload my pptx slides. I have worked my way through the help section and checks to everything: only version, Right Version, latest update...I have even used a standard ppt template in order to avoid any potential copyright or user restriction. I have also tried different ppt files (.ppt, .pptx, .pptm to name but a few). Still no cigar….
I am now absolutely clueless what else to try. Oh, I did try different Computers also I would really like to work with my Surface if possible.
Do you have any further suggestions?

Hi Yvonne, At what point does the Import PowerPoint fail? Do any error messages appear when you attempt the upload? Let us know, this might help with solving. Thanks!
Also, if the .pptx file is on a network drive, that may cause some issues. Maybe try saving the .pptx file to your local C:\drive in a non-synced folder (like not a Dropbox folder) and see if that works. This helpful knowledge base article has some more info. Let us know if that helps. Thanks!
