Every time I try to insert anything; a photo, shape, marker in a specific slide, a white sheet appears with a red X from corner to corner. Also the thumbnails in the story view and in the left pane are empty. I've never experienced this before, has anyone an idea on how to rectify the matter? Help!
Sure, here it is. Following a complete shutdown, the program is now working properly. But I did get a mighty shock as I’ve never seen that before. It would be good to know how to avoid it in the future.
I'm glad that the software is working as expected for you now. I cannot see the image you are sharing due to replying via email. Also, your email signature came through when you replied, but you can remove that if needed by clicking 'Edit' beneath your response. Here's a quick Peek video if you need help.
