I am following the training videos (Importing PowerPoint slides) and I have a problem when trying to import the .pptx file. "Unhandled Exception" warning text appears. Whatever I do the program closes. Any solution? Thank you.
Since you are already utilizing the tutorials on Importing Slides from Microsoft PowerPoint, there are a few other things we can try to rule out common issues: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline to address erratic behavior.
