Problems with setting up 1 addition attempt at the quiz

Hello
I have created a quiz in storyline 2 and I want the learner to only have 1 chance to retake the quiz. If they have failed after this attempt then they should be directed to the failure screen. I have set up my triggers like this on my results slide:
I suspect that I have either set these up incorrectly or they are in the wrong order. Is there someone who can point me in the right direction and explain how I can get this to work?
